There are so many questions about the end times. There are books and movies about the ending of the world and humanity. Many are created from very imaginative minds! Some claim to be based on science, and some are from what the Bible tells us. Here is what I know, Jesus is coming back! All the other details- we will all be in awe of and amazed by!
Our wildest imaginations could not and will not prepare us for what our amazing God Almighty has in store! I do know that I want to be on God's side when it all happens! I want all of my friends and family and loved one's on God's side when that time comes!
Zechariah 14:6&7 says, " On that day the sources of light will no longer shine, 7. yet there will be continuous day! Only the Lord knows how this could happen. There will be no normal day and night, for at the evening time it will still be light."
Huh? Is that saying the sun will no longer burn? Won't the make us freeze? But it says that we will have a new and continuous light source! Will that keep us warm? Will we no longer require sleep? Will this happen before Jesus comes and raptures us? Will this be after? During the great tribulation? I have just as many questions as the rest!
I do suppose that many of you do not know anything about the Rapture, or the Great Tribulation, or the Great Tribulation. These are important events that will take place! People have become so caught up in their trauma, that the "Church" has stopped preaching about these events! To try to minimize causing trauma! Facts are... the Tribulations are no joke! When that trumpet horn sounds, what will be your fate? Will it be too late for you? This isn't to scare you! It's just the facts!
From now until then, the one thing that will matter the most, is your relationship with Jesus Christ! There is absolutely no way to be ready, without Jesus in your life. The time we are living in right now, many believe is in fact the Tribulation. There's a reason why many people are now surprised by the state of the world. We have become numb to the pain- and even though we don't know what the next catastrophe will be, we know it is coming.
Mark 13:5-8 says, "Jesus replied, ' Don't let anyone mislead you, 6. for many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Messiah.' They will deceive many. 7. And you will hear of wars and threats of wars, but don't panic. Yes, these things must take place, but the end won't follow immediately. 8. Nation will go to war against nation, kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in many parts of the world, as well as famines. But this is only the first of the birth pains, with more to come."
This is the "FIRST" of the pains! God is going to give us every opportunity to drop to our knees and receive Him!
Matthew 24:14 says, "And the Good News about the kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that all nations will hear it; and then the end will come."
How many nations are left? Are there islands that are not discovered yet? Will it be immediate? As soon as the words of salvation are spoken to these nations? Will that summon Jesus and His army? The wonderous mysteries! This should spark more questions than answers! But it should also give you some knowledge! And mostly some excited curiosity about the future!
