57. You have a purpose!

Please read in order! Thank you!

  Is there something that God has placed on your heart, that you are super passionate about?  Something that is so BIG that it seems utterly impossible to do on your own? Something that you wish you could have a sound system that reached around the world, so that everyone had to listen! HA! So many times, about so many different things, I just wished I had the loudest voice in the room! I wish I had the control to break into every television show, and shout! "JUST LISTEN TO ME!" Whether it is about human trafficking- or child abuse- or foster care. There are ways to make great strides in these areas! But where do you begin? And how do you get the right people to listen?

       For, I am but one person! You are but one person! So, what are we to do with these grand ideas?? 

- Oprah- is but one person!

- Mother Theresa- is but one person!

           It has to start with the "but one person"!

-God- Created all the "but one person's"! 

  God will give you the steps to take! God will guide you! Are you willing to listen? Are you willing to step out? Better yet, are you willing to look like a buffoon in front of people that you care about? The people that are supposed to have your back, no matter what! Those are always the one's to not understand your vision, or rather God's vision! Don't let them have the loudest voice in the room!

    In Job 42:2, Job says to God, "I know you can do anything, and no one can stop you."

 God made plans long ago for every moment of our lives. Our free will interrupts His plans at times. Because if you don't listen and you don't do what He is asking you to do, then He will have to go to someone who will listen, who will obey! 

   I do not suggest ignoring Him! It is not a get out of jail free card that you receive by ignoring Him! It may no longer be looming over you, but what will you say when you are face to face with God? What could you possibly say, that would make God accept you declining His request? 

    Jeremiah 29:11 says, "For I know the plans I have for you,' says the Lord. 'They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope." 

   So, when you are thinking and dreaming about things that are so passionate in you, I want you to keep in mind that God Almighty, the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End! Ruler of the Universe! Chose you! 

   Let that sink in for a moment!! You know that feeling when you are picked first for something! This is a billion times better and greater than that! I am still in awe that He would choose ME!! For who am I?? I AM A CHILD OF GOD!!

  Start praying! God will show you the steps and the path to take! Don't worry about what the ultimate goal is! Trust in Jesus! Trust the steps He is giving you! Be in awe are how He is using you! The steps may seem minor and meaningless. But when you look back at the full picture- it's pretty spectacular!!!
